You’ve acquired Facebook…Twitter…etc. Now what? You have a handful of different accounts to keep up with! What a hassle!
DON’T think it’s harder than it is.
Companies have started creating “combine all” apps (and websites) to take care of your several (and growing) social media websites. This is a list of the main ones with great ratings:
HootSuite (free!) This is GREAT and the only option that has a completely FREE option. This is an awesome website that handles all of your social media. With graphs, tracking, and clearly organized very well—it certainly does its job. You can add Twitter, Facebook, Google+, LinkedIn, FourSquare, WordPress, MySpace, Mixi, and/or RSS feed from any website. Personally, I like the website best but the app is also great to have for when you’re on the go. And, well, it provides a FREE version. You can’t beat that.
PostLing ($10 for 5 accounts, additional $3 for more/a month) This app does a lot. Manages, tracks, keeps all your social media together. Even sends an email at the end of the day of the important events you may have missed. For the business serious only –because it does cost money.
VerticalResponse This little number does three main things: email marketing, social media marketing, and event marketing. And let me tell you, email marketing is not a waste. It’s very much a viable source to help gain interest in your company/brand. Prices vary with the number of emails/subscribers you have.
Tweetr A great tool for utilizing your twitter. You can schedule tweets, track and sync between shared accounts. Add unlimited accounts. $3.99 at the Itunes App Store.
